this month we will be talking about Christmas food my favorite Christmas food are Christmas cookies or cranberry sauce the reason why I like Christmas cookies is cuz of fudge cookies and sugar cookies lemongrass and arugula and greens and spinach and then this one right behind us this is called Bel-Air this really pretty one with the red stuff this is a really nutritious cooking green and then it goes on and on and I'm all kinds of things and then we planted pumpkins along the edge which are going to fill in hopefully Patrick this is called in Lulu it is also known as the breadfruit and is really good if you if you steam it all kinds of things we have three we have we have three different kinds of Hulu that we planted here so there's a Hawaiian of Samoan and a beautiful mother fala Fala so we'll have different kinds of Hulu with nose get big butt most of which we can't reach that's really cool and thank you for helping with all our God what else can we pick in the garden right now we have a lot of bananas that are coming right up the road Linnea trees the fruits are getting ripe and then down the way we oranges papaya to have tangerines and then there is some kylo and then we also have soon we'll have the Orlando or tumeric with the leaves are starting to die back so that means we can Harvest it probably wouldn't get back in the new year there's all kinds of food under your feet so you just have to look this is all lemongrass you can make tea and then he just found some parsley right there so there's food everywhere which is pretty much true for all of for diabetic
